Quality: We meticulously check the quality of our fruit, from the size of our limes, to their weight, which are observed and then classified according to  number and caliber. Our innovative method allows us to classify with a margin of error of 1% in terms of sizes, color, and defects such as blanching, off-color, scarring, skin breakdown, decay.

Strategy: We maintain compliance with the health standards of safety and quality provided by the FDA to continue exporting our product to the United States.
